Laura Berchem
Laura Berchem started working in the nonprofit industry in 2015 with experience ranging from the Accounting/Operations Manager to Executive Director. During that time, she gained expertise in accounting, grant writing, capital campaigns, audits, marketing, fundraising and more.  Prior to her time in the nonprofit sector, Laura worked over a decade in various leadership roles managing accounting, project management and manufacturing.

Laura is passionate about helping nonprofits to be successful by sharing her expertise and being a resource to allow our clients to better fulfill their mission.

Grace Castillo
Grace Castillo holds an MBA (With Distinction) from De la Salle University and a BS in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Santo Tomas, two of the top ranking universities in the Philippines, where she was originally from. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.

She has years of experience handling accounting, taxation, treasury and audit responsibilities and worked with various industries in the field of manufacturing, retailing, telecommunications, audit and tax.

Vik Gupta
Vik Gupta has been a manager in a small businesses environment for over 15 years. Vik started running the operations at a start-up and was immersed in all aspects of the business with a core responsibility for finances. With tremendous growth came the need for sound systems and the management of finances to stay in step of the growth.

After achieving a trebling of revenues, Vik moved to a larger firm that specialized in a high-end customized product. This led to a greater understanding of delivering a quality product on time but staying within budget. Keeping a watchful eye on contracts, receivables, cash flow, customer/vendor/employee relations, tracking projects at every level proved to be the key to a ten-fold growth in revenues. Since then, Vik has worked with many businesses and non-profits facing myriad challenges and has contributed to the success of each client.

Erin Struble
Erin Struble is a versatile accounting professional with a wealth of experience spanning various industries. Erin started her accounting career in public accounting in 2011 and most recently worked as the Chief Financial Officer for a transportation company. With a robust background in accounting principles and practices, Erin has consistently demonstrated adaptability and expertise across diverse organizational landscapes. Erin also has years of experience with HR related functions such as writing policies and procedures, processing payroll and related tax returns, and benefit administration.
